SUPPLEMENTAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION
This is an Emergency Declaration supplement to the
Portsmouth Executive Order 2020-1 issued March 16, 2020.
COVID-19 continues to spread globally. For the protection of the health of the
people of Rhode Island and the further prevention of the spread of COVID-19,
and pursuant to the Rhode Island General Laws and the Town of Portsmouth
Emergency Operations Plan, including but not limited to Title 30, Chapter 15 of
the General Laws, I do hereby order and direct the following:
1.
Executive Order 2020-01 issued on March 16, 2020
and all supplemental orders are extended through June 5, 2020.
