Tennis Camp Scheduled For August 10 - 14!
Tennis Camp (a "specialty camp) will be held at the Portsmouth High School August 10 - 14 from 9 to 11:30. Please contact Wendy Bulk for more information or use the Special Camp Application to sign up!
COMPLIMENTARY TENNIS LESSONS!
TENNIS WITH TINA and a program, “Powered by Prince“ through a grant from the Frederick Henry Prince Memorial Fund at Newport Hospital, is excited to offer complementary tennis lessons to underserved children and youth of Newport County. The six week program will begin in early September. Registration is limited to youth ages 6-10.

Welcome and COVID Info for "Best of Both" Camp
I hope this email finds you and your family well. Your child/children are registered with the Town of Portsmouth Best of Both Camp. We are very excited to have them camp with us!
We have finalized our camp plan. As a result of state regulations and guidelines, and limited space, we have placed groups of 13 campers and 2 staff in pods or “households.” Campers will remain in their household throughout the summer. Glen Park has a pavilion and we have 2 tents being placed before camp starts.
The safety and health of our campers and staff is always the highest priority. The Town of Portsmouth Camps will follow every applicable state regulation, as well as the American Camp Association Best practices.

Location and times:
Camp will be hosted 4 days a week at Glen Park, each pod will report to the beach once a week.
- Pod 1 will report to the beach on Monday
- Pod 2 on Tuesday
- Pod 3 on Wednesday
Thursday and Friday will be for rain days if a Pod missed a beach day
Rain days we be hosted at Melville school in 3 separate areas. I will communicate via email to parents the night before, no later than 8:00pm
Camp starts at 7:30am and ends at 4:30 with extended day until 5pm.
There is an extra charge for extended day.
