The Town of Portsmouth's Purchasing (Finance) Office is responsible for carrying out the requirements of the Town's Purchasing Policy & Procedures so that we may obtain quality goods and services from the lowest qualified bidder.

We have automated our bidder/proposal process. We now have a Bidder Registration area.

Only active vendors will have the ability to download and print bid packages. You must obtain the packages via the web site.

If you are a new vendor to the system, please complete the registration process or if already registered in the e-Procurement Center, login now.
