A motion by Mr. Little, seconded by Mr. Hamilton, to appoint Donato Andre D’Andrea, Esq. as Town Solicitor. The motion carried 4-2 with Mr. Canario and Mr. Seveney opposed.

A motion by Mr. Little, seconded by Mr. Plumb, to appoint Cort B. Chappell, Esq. as
Prosecuting Attorney. All voted in favor of the motion.
A motion by Mr. Little, seconded by Mr. Seveney, to adjourn. All voted in favor of the motion.
