The Town of Portsmouth's Zoning Enforcement Officer/Assistant Town Planner is Gary Crosby. Mr. Crosby is responsible for the enforcement of local land use ordinances, particularly Zoning, but also other applicable state and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to the use and enjoyment of property.  As Assistant Planner he performs a wide range of local government planning activities.
