Navy Tank Farms Redevelopment

Workshop #2

A public meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the Town Council Chambers, Town Hall, 2200 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI to present a preliminary plan for recommendation to the council on the re-use of Navy land to be transferred on the west side of the town. This land consists of four tank farms, totaling up to 269 acres, which are likely to be sold by the Navy over the next few years.

Public input is encouraged. Persons wishing to be heard should plan to attend and express their ideas.
