How do I report a streetlight outage or problem? If the streetlight is out or has a problem (i.e., cycling on and off) you can go directly to Narragansett Electric's website and fill out a streetlight outage form.If you have difficulty with this, or have not gotten a response from them, you may contact the Town Administrator's office at (401) 683-3255 or send an e-mail to info@portsmouthri.com.back to top
