CAMPGROUND REGULATIONS

 

  1.   Check-out time is 12 noon. If you plan to stay over, please notify OFFICE before 10:00 a.m.

  2.     All visitors must register before entering the park. The fee is $2.00 per adult. Visitors must leave by 11:00 p.m. Tenants are responsible for their visitors’ actions.

  3.    The speed limit in the camping area is 5 miles per hour. This is a must for everyone’s safety.  No motorcycles are to be driven in the park.

  4.    Pets are welcome in our park but must be LEASHED and under control at all times. (Click here for more information about dogs.) You must clean up after your pet. Pets cannot be left unattended at campsite. All dogs staying more than 30 days must be licensed in the Town of Portsmouth.

  5.    Quiet hours are between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.  No blaring music at any time.

  6.    Disorderly conduct or profanity at any time are grounds for eviction from the campground.

  7.     NO REFUNDS will be given.

  8.    Keep campfires small and attended to at all times.  No campfires after 12:00 a.m.

  9.   Children must be accompanied by an adult when using facilities. No children are to be left at the camp without supervision.  All children must be in their campsites by 10:00 p.m.

10.    One car per campsite, unless permission is received from OFFICE. Extra cars must park in assigned areas.

11.    Please, do not drain gray water on ground. Collect in a container and dispose of in dump station or gray water wells.

12.    No washing dishes or laundry in Bathhouse.

13.    Do not walk through other people’s campsites.

14.   Cutting, breaking, or removing any trees is forbidden.  Please help protect our trees.

15.    A small clothesline is permitted for beach towels, swim suits, etc. No laundry lines are permitted.  Clotheslines are set up in designated areas.

16.    Car or RV washing is not permitted. Sponge bucket washing of seasonal RV’s is permitted with approval from OFFICE.

17.     No outside appliances permitted.

18.     Car pass or visitor’s pass must be displayed in window of car.

 

Our desire is to provide a quiet, clean campground, which we continually strive to improve.  Cooperation is asked in carrying out the above regulations.
